Cancellation Notice
24 hr notice is required for a cancellation at that time a fee of 20% will be charged/ required.
Appointment Date Change a 48 hour notice is required .
Terms and conditions
I&K Urgent Lab may update the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we’ll let you know either by notifying you through the App or other forms of communications. If you continue to use the services after we have posted an update on our terms, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by the updated terms, then, expect as otherwise provided in Section 14 “Effect of Changes on Arbitration, you may not use the Services anymore. Because our services are evolving over time we may change or discontinue all or any part of the services at any time and without notice, at our discretion.
