Service Description
We provides professional specimen collection at your preferred location with immediate, temperature-controlled delivery to a local laboratory. To maintain the highest clinical standards, all collections require a signed requisition from a licensed medical physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant. We prioritize same-day service to ensure your diagnostic timeline remains uninterrupted. "Please note: An After Hours Fee will be applied to any appointments scheduled or completed outside of our standard operating hours."
Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy Cancellations: Fees may be partially refundable if a cancellation occurs before the collection kit is dispatched or the appointment is attended. Non-Refundable Items: Once a laboratory analysis has begun or a sample has been collected by a third party, fees are generally non-refundable due to the administrative costs of the legal chain of custody. Our mobile lab brings professional services directly to your door. We offer a flat base rate for all locations within a 30-mile radius of our facility; for destinations beyond this initial 30-mile zone, a travel fee of $0.95 per additional mile will apply.
